Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, you may provide your company or brand, contact name, email, phone or messaging details, website or Instagram, project type, target market, project description, estimated quantity range, budget range, timeline, design-support preference and reference materials. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unrelated to your enquiry.

• Attachments: up to three JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, each no larger than 5 MB.
• Security and abuse-prevention data: Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver the site, verify forms and protect the service. Form verification is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Approximate location: enquiry notification emails may include country, region, city or time-zone information supplied by Cloudflare. We do not include your raw IP address in enquiry emails.

How we use information and service providers

We use the information to assess project needs, respond to and follow up on enquiries, communicate about projects, and prevent spam or malicious submissions. Cloudflare Pages, Workers and R2 provide website hosting, form processing and attachment storage. Resend delivers enquiry notification emails to the configured Hallory mailboxes, which use Gmail. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and are subject to their respective privacy terms.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and site usage. If you actively change the site language, a browser cookie named tingli-locale stores that preference for up to one year.

Retention

Files uploaded through the enquiry form are stored in a non-public R2 storage bucket and configured to expire 1,095 days after upload. Cleanup after expiry may take up to approximately 24 hours. Enquiry notification emails contain a private download link. Anyone holding the link can download the file until it expires with the file.

Enquiry emails and other information in them are kept in the receiving mailboxes to handle projects and maintain necessary business records; the mailboxes are not configured for automatic deletion after 1,095 days. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, unless legal or business record requirements require otherwise.

Sharing, storage and security

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers above, by a contact you ask us to involve, or where required by law. To operate the website and respond to enquiries, providers may process information in regions where they operate. We use measures appropriate to the information, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, or to raise a privacy question, email [email protected]. We will verify and handle requests to the extent permitted by applicable rules.

We may update this policy when site features or information practices change. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page.
